Peer-to-peer consultations come in two types: Generalized guidance or specific recommendations. For the latter, all of the patient records should be submitted for review before the consult with Dr. Kaczor. To decide which type of peer-top-peer consult is appropriate, please call our office.
Follow Up Consultations (established patients)- phone or video
You are billed according to the actual time used for consultation, in 15 minute increments.
The first 15 MINUTES-
This is for short discussion and focused questions regarding supplements or labs that are ongoing. Prepare your questions ahead of time and you can fit a lot in 15 minutes.
Additional 15 minutes
30 minute follow up (=$140) is the most common length. It is often appropriate when there are new symptoms or ongoing questions that arise.
Reminder: The time billed is always what is actually used, not what you schedule.

Find the Best Clinical Trial
Finding a worthwhile clinical trial takes time and effort. This is a task that is best delegated for most patients and their families. Ikes time and expertise to weigh through the data and use your cancer's characteristics to narrow the search to the most promising and least toxic agent(s). This is highly personalized. Through a combination of software and manual sifting, Dr. Kaczor will find the best clinical trials by type and location. This is limited to clinical trials being done in the USA.
You must have an oncologist/ conventional clinician on your care team. Dr. Kaczor's services are ancillary to your conventional medical doctor. Consultations are not meant to replace consults with your medical oncologist. Dr. Kaczor is not acting as your primary care physician.
